These are straight with no taper to the hem and a slightly shallow rise. A simple and beautiful silhouette that never goes out of style.

Samurai Jeans uses their strongest 21oz selvedge denim for these, created by using thick 3.6 count slubby thread, of course woven on a vintage shuttle loom. This results in the ultimate heavy denim that is not only thick, but also has incredible texture and fade potential. The huge warriors on the patch show the heft of the 21oz denim while the swords denote the “zero” state of absolute readiness and concentration. Other details include an exclusive flasher, the iron pine tree buttons, copper coin-shaped rivets, the SAMURAI woven label, and Samurai´s ‘Impermanence’ jaquard slake.

For the sewing, Samurai Jeans has stuck mainly to two colors: original yellow and golden brown, with the stitch count, needle count, and stitch width all varied according to each part of the jeans to bump these up to the next level of attention to detail.
The arcs on the back pockets represent seagulls in flight, done in dark blue stitching, the stitching pattern appearing over time as the colors fade.
