The silhouette, which narrows neatly toward the hem, was created in the 1960s, when jeans were in the spotlight as casual wear. This BIG E model is such a basic and universal silhouette. The texture of the DENIME paper tag, the color of the sewing thread and the buttons have all been newly produced to recreate the original DENIME style when the company was founded.
The fabric was developed jointly with Kurabo Industries based on recipes from the time. The uneven yarn ring-spun from the same rice cotton used at the time was rope-dyed in a special color, and finished with vegetable dyeing to create a deep DENIME.
In addition, during the refining process before dyeing the rope, they used room-temperature water, which is unique to the warehouse, so that the dyed areas are dark and the center white remains, creating a sharp warp yarn.
Because DENIME use the old-fashioned GL3 loom, the characteristics of the uneven yarn are reflected in the denim.
