The spirit of Oldblue Co.'s 10th Golden Decade collection is to recreate some amazing and iconic pieces on the golden era of denim. The real duty came in hands when they try to create something based on those iconic pieces but throuh their own frame of mind so that they can come up with the own symbolic set of garments that have this solid history and foundation. Just like this particular 606RJ Jacket piece. Modelled after the iconic Lee 101 Rider Jacket of the 1948. But of course, Oldblue Co. tweaked and refined some of the details based on their personal taste. The denim is quite special because this is the very first time Vidalia Mills denim from USA was used. The denim is weighted at 14oz. and in untouched loom-state condition, so they still hold their genuine and pristine kind of characters. You’ll see that this denim really has a nice hairy texture and has a soft hand-fell resulted from the ring spun yarns.
