Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service. Please note that we can not take responsibility for packages, which are lost in transit.
RETURNS FROM GERMANY (FREE OF CHARGE)
The following procedure for the returns is not mandatory, but it will simplify the return for us. Your right of withdrawal is not affected by this. Simply fill out the form that is attached to your shipment and send this back together with the according products.

(Only available for customers in Germany and once per order - all further return labels will be deducted from the refund total with 5€ each)
Please proceed according to the points below. When returning any products, we can only refund the price of the product, we cannot arrange exchanges.
- Please mention a reason for return in addition to the listed item(s) on the return form
- If you need a different size, color or any other item, please place a new order and return the received item(s) for a refund
- Please print the return label and stick it on the package. You can take the return to the nearest Deutsche Post office or Packstation
- The amount of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt

RETURNS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION/UNITED KINGDOM
- Please mention a reason for return in addition to the listed item(s) on the return form
- If you need a different size, color or any other item, please place a new order and return the received item(s) for a refund
- International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using the local registered postal service or a courier

- If you need a different size, color or any other item, please place a new order and return the received item(s) for a refund
- International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using the local registered postal service or a courier

- Do not use FedEx, SF Express or any other express service
- Please use the cheapest shipping method with a tracking number by regular international post
- Make sure to use the smallest possible package
- Mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the shipping label/customs declaration.
- We do not cover incurred custom fees. In this case, we need to deduct it from the refund total
- The amount of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt
