    You can return any item within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons.

    Returns from Germany (free of charge)

    The following procedure for the returns is not mandatory, but it will simplify the return for us. Your right of withdrawal is not affected by this. Simply fill out the form that is attached to your shipment and send this back together with the according products. Please proceed according to the points below. When returning any products, we can only refund the price of the product, we cannot arrange exchanges.

    • Please choose a code for the reason for return in addition to the listed item(s) on the return form
    • If you need a different size, color or any other item, please place a new order and return the received item(s) for a refund
    • The return label is also included to the package. Please stick it on the package and take it to the nearest Deutsche Post office or Packstation.
    • It can take up to 7 working days before we receive your return. Please attach the return note to your package, so we can proceed your return within 48 hours after receiving it.

    Returns from the European Union (free of charge)

    • Please request the free return label by e-mail or phone + 49 251/270 768 90 with providing your order number.
    • We will send the free return label subsequently by e-mail.
    • Please put the return label on the package and contact Fedex to arrange the pickup. You will find the phone number of the Fedex customer service on The Fedex Customer Service will provide any information you need.
    • The amount of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt. 

    Returns from Switzerland (free of charge)

    • Please click here to prepare your free return label.
    • Simply fill out your address data and the description of contents to generate the shipping label.
    • You will receive the label by e-mail.
    • Please print and put it on the package. Now you can take the return to the nearest Swiss Post office.
    • The amount of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt.
    • Any incurred taxes and duties won't be refunded. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information.


    Returns from the rest of world (fee required)

    Please send the item(s) back by using standard post service (registered) to the following address:

    • Please do not use FedEx, SF Express or any other express service.
    • Important: Please mark the shipment as a return and put in the delivery note of your order.
    • Information: Returns from overseas can take up to 4 weeks in rare cases – depending on service – to reach our return department.
    • The amount of the returned items will be refunded within 7 days after receipt.

    We’ve worked intensively on our new online shop to provide you a better shopping experience. From now on you can easily browse and order via tablet or smartphone.

    Please note:

    In order to continue to ensure the security of your data, we ask you to log in and assign a new password with the “forgot password?” function.

    Your order history can be sent to you on request. Unfortunately this cannot be displayed in the new shop, because of the complete new system.
