Orcival

The Breton shirt was originally found in 1858, where the blue white stripe design was seen as professional clothing of the French marine. The shirt's original 21 stripes were designed to help finding sailors that have gone overboard easier. Outside of the sailor's world, the striped shirts became famous through the label Coco Chanel.

Since its origin in 1939 Orcival provides the clothes for fishermen and sailors and has additionally been the official supplier of the French marines. The blue fly is the symbol of authenticity and distinguishes these shirts.
